Omnitrition

This Easter weekend I have been "loading".  It's the first phase in the Omnitrition program.  You start the Omni drops 3 times a day and you eat and eat.  You want the constant feeling of full.  Tomorrow I start Phase 2 (P2).  P2 is a very low calorie diet while still taking the drops.  You eat a fruit serving in the morning, 4 ounces of approved veggies and protein for lunch and dinner and a fruit serving for snack.  I did this progra in January 2014 and lost 25 pounds.  This time I want to lose 20.  Wish me luck.
