A short round

I finished up another 21 day round of Omni at the beginning of March.  I lost about 10 pounds.  We went to Disney World at the end of March for 7 days.  I did gain 7 lbs while on vacation but once I got back on schedule and back to work I have now lost 4 of those pounds.  If you do Phase 3 correctly those pounds will stay off and come off if you ever fall off the wagon.
